Mujeres Atrevidas (Bold Women) is a bilingual documentary depicting how female delivery workers, construction workers, and day laborers fight for their rights through their involvement with Workers Justice Project. Weaving together moving interviews and vérité footage that tell of their daily working lives and struggles, the film takes the audience through the journey of how these women find community and empowerment to overcome obstacles and tap into their inner strength to organize for themselves.

Mujeres Atrevidas is sponsored, in part, by the Taconic Fellowship Grant by Pratt Center for Community Development.
